Scot Rotruck: Jay D,I would be happy to provide more information on EHD's! An EHD can be used on our HD DVR equipment to backup or store recordings. The size can be between 50 GB and 1 TB. Once it's plugged in, it will ask to format to be compatible. Once it is done, you can transfer recordings to it and access it through the main menu. When on the Main Menu, just select the 'Multimedia' option.
