Andre Winegar: Most of today's mother boards don't have 2 IDE ports (just 1) I did find one for AMD with 2.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8... i must caution you that JetWay isn't a very good mother board. I think it would be better if you just convince dear old dad the SATA is the way to go today and he should "get with the program pops" ha ha ...if he says what do you "kids" know, just let him see this. I'm a 66 year old retired communications specialist for a major "phone company" and have been repairing computers for many years actually before the "PC" came on the market! Besides if your building a new rig, its always best to get the most up to date equipment with it, and in most cases, its cheaper!...Show more
