What does entertaining questions mean?

Ginny Trickett: They either do or don't have time for questions, such as "I can only entertain a few questions at this time." I never thought about it, but that's a really strange usage of the word entertain.

Mark Hovanes: To entertain questions means that you will consider answering them.To consider answering does not necessarily mean that you WILL answer them.'Entertaining questions' may also mean that questions are 'entertaining', meaning 'questions of a comical nature', or 'questions asked in a 'funny way'.

Hilde Heskett: Between shopping business: When a formal person says "I can't entertain questions".

Brock Hladik: NO, it means they want to see you titts
