Ollie Hamiel: Mark nailed it... their pay isn't your problem... contractors lie all the time... only a few are honest and reputable and they usually don't make ! it as lieing in almost any industry is more profitable ... con! front your contractor and check your contract... but its in bad taste for the sub contractors to discuss anything financial with you... don't feel sorry for them... if they had a problem with the pay they shouldn't have taken the job... you can tip them if you feel that bad... also no one is stopping the sub contractors from starting their own contracting company...Show more
