Can creditors go after my LLC if my personal finances are in ruin?

Lashawn Zabarkes: no. your personal debt cannot effect LLC and your LLC cannot effect your personal assets. For more information check my source site.

Maynard Reevers: I Live in Ohio and i just recently opened a business. A creditor from a past personal debit has just linked my ss # to my bank account for the business and has thenghten through the local courts to garnish my account. I am a LLC can they do this?

Dionna Doyel: NO they can not. If you are a registered corporation under an LLC guidelines and registered with your state attorney general office (you didn't just use some online legal scam to incorporate), then your personal finances do not affect the corporation. That is why they call it a Limited Liability Corporation, to protect the officers assets.
